Placement of the deposit in the Deposit Protection Service Custodial Scheme
Regular inspections to ensure the condition of the property
Arrangement of gas safety inspections and compliance with other legalities
Maintenance arranged via trusted local contractors, from whom we receive no commission or referral fees
Rent reviews
Remarketing of the property as soon as notice is given

Tenant Find

Comfortable managing your own tenancy but need a helping hand finding suitable tenants, taking care of references and getting them settled in? Alexander work with landlords on a tenant find only basis and can also provide you with other supporting services such as a full written inventory.
